Every day, it seems, you hear about a new web site that will provide the largest
selection of products at the lowest discount prices. A few folks get together,
borrow millions of dollars from investors, and suddenly they are in business.
They almost give the products away! They almost seem to take pride in seeing
how much money they can lose.
Seems too good to be true, doesn't it? They discover, too late, that there is
more to satisfying customer's needs than just putting up a flashy web site,
taking oders, and passing them on to somebody else in the hope they will be
properly filled. They find, for example, that they forgot to make provisions
for handling returns. Or answering questions...
Well, Willner Chemists is not here today and gone tomorrow! We are real. Willner
Chemists has been in business in midtown Manhattan since 1911. We have three
stores. On many of these new web sites, you cannot even determine who and where
they really are. We will be here tomorrow. And you can talk to us!
